Our Story

Why we built
ATA KIDDO

Growing up, my wife and I never needed to be told to go outside. We climbed trees, ran around the neighbourhood with our friends, and came home dirty and exhausted. Movement was just… life.

Then we watched something shift in the children around us. Nieces, nephews, friends' kids — hours in front of screens, surrounded by clever toys for their minds. But somewhere along the way, the body got left behind.

She wasn't asking for a cartoon. She wasn't asking for a tablet. She wanted to move. I looked at my wife and said: "We need to close this gap."

There were plenty of toys for little minds — but almost nothing designed to get little bodies moving, indoors, in a way that fit real family homes. Nothing a toddler could call their own.

That was the moment ATA KIDDO was born.

Questions parents ask

Yes. The ATA KIDDO Movement Bike is CE certified and meets EU EN71 toy safety standards. It has a stable low base, secure pedal straps, and soft-grip handles — designed specifically so kids can ride confidently without risk of tipping.

The first batch of 1,000 units is planned to ship in Q1 2027. Everyone who reserves a spot now will be emailed first when orders open — at the early access price of €119.

Yes. Both the seat height and handlebars are adjustable, so the bike grows with your child over several years rather than being outgrown in a single season.

Minimal. The bike arrives largely pre-assembled and takes under 10 minutes to set up. No special tools needed.

We'll offer a full return policy through our Shopify store at launch. If you're not satisfied within 30 days, we'll arrange a return at no cost to you.

The first batch ships to Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. We plan to expand to more European countries in subsequent batches.
